And hey, when you step into Tang, you’re stepping into a world inspired by the relaxed vibes of an Izakaya joint. Their Cantonese-style cooking brings in a mix of flavors influenced by a rich trading history. Plus, the place oozes luxury and edginess, all wrapped up in a design by the award-winning Tristan Du Plessis. This time, they’ve brightened things up to match their ocean-side spot, decking out 700 square meters with oak panels, imported marble, and granite, giving it a warm and inviting vibe.

Their space? It’s a nod to architectural genius Marcio Kogan and the modern tropical movement. Imagine an iconic marble waterfall, a champagne fridge, and a walk-in cellar adding to that swanky feel.

Hungry? Well, get ready for a feast! Chef Vixa Kalenga and the team are cooking up a storm. From Peking Duck to black cod miso, yellowtail sashimi, and an array of sushi and wok dishes, they’ve got it all. And their robata grills? They bring that ancient fireside cooking tradition right to your plate, adding a smoky twist to your meal.

At Tang, they’re all about that Izakaya life – good food, good drinks, and great moments. Whether you’re craving classic Cantonese or Japanese Izakaya-style treats, they’ve got your back. It’s a culinary journey celebrating Asian richness and diversity, paying homage to the vibrant Tang dynasty that shaped Chinese civilization.

So, come on down! Table Mountain’s waving, the harbor’s picturesque, and Tang’s waiting to whisk you away on a gastronomic adventure.
