    • 1.36 kilograms Carrots
    • 2 cloves Garlic
    • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley
  • Condiments:
    • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • Oils & Vinegars:
    • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions:

  1. Prep: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°C)
  2. Clean Carrot Superstars: Scrub those carrots clean! Trim off the ends and peel if desired.
  3. Garlic Glam: Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves. Chop the parsley finely, too, because our carrots deserve the best-dressed award!
  4. Syrupy Secret: In a bowl, mix together the maple syrup, black pepper, salt, and cumin. This is where the magic happens!
